Privacy Notice

What you share when you request a reading, where it goes, and how long it stays.

Transcendent Tarot is run by Gabriella. This notice covers transcendenttarot.com and the booking form on it. It is written plainly on purpose — the information you share here is personal, and you deserve to know exactly what happens to it.

What the booking form collects

When you submit a booking request, you give us:

Your name — so your reading can be addressed to you.
Your email address — the only way we can reply to you.
Your date, time, and place of birth — used to prepare birth-chart and astrological readings.
Your question, and any context you choose to add — the substance of the reading itself.
The reading you selected, and whether you added a Live Session.

Alongside your submission we also record the IP address it came from, your browser's user-agent string, and the country your request came from. These are kept only to identify abuse of the form and are never used to build a profile of you.

Everything on the form is something you choose to type. We do not track you across the web, we do not use advertising cookies, and there are no analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

Why we hold it

Your details are used for exactly two things: preparing your reading, and replying to you about it. That includes confirming your booking and arranging payment.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list. Nobody reads your question except Gabriella.

Where it goes

When you press send, your request travels through a small number of services, each doing one job:

Cloudflare receives the form submission and runs the anti-spam check (Turnstile) that confirms you are a person rather than a bot. Your submission is also stored securely with Cloudflare as a backup, so a booking cannot be lost to a spam filter.
Resend delivers two emails: your request to Gabriella, and a confirmation to you.
Google Workspace hosts Gabriella's mailbox, where your request is read and answered.

These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Their servers may be located outside your country.

How long it is kept

The backup copy of your submission is deleted automatically 180 days after you send it. Email correspondence in Gabriella's mailbox is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to keep proper business records, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Payment is never taken on this website. There is no checkout, no card form, and no payment processor connected to this site. Payment is arranged directly with Gabriella after your reading is confirmed, so no financial details ever pass through transcendenttarot.com.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

send you a copy of what we hold about you,
correct anything that is wrong,
delete your information entirely.

Write to Gabriella@transcendenttarot.com and it will be handled. You do not need to give a reason to ask for deletion.

A word on what readings are

Readings are offered for reflection and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Children

This site and these readings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

Changes to this notice

If the form changes what it collects, or if we change how it is stored, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
